Experience with senior clients, executive education, or transformation programs is a strong plus. We are looking for an AI Workforce Orchestrator to help us build, manage, and continuously improve our internal AI workforce. As Strauss MindTech increasingly works with AI agents across research, analysis, content development, client preparation, and internal operations, this role will ensure that our human and AI capabilities work together effectively, reliably, and at a high standard.

In this role, you will identify where AI agents can create leverage across the firm, design and refine agent workflows, monitor output quality, maintain prompt and process libraries, test new tools, and help consultants use AI systems more effectively in client work. You will work closely with the founders, Project Leads, and Business Analysts to translate recurring tasks into scalable AI-supported workflows, while ensuring that outputs remain accurate, thoughtful, and aligned with our advisory quality.

You should bring strong systems thinking, excellent judgment, high AI literacy, and a practical understanding of how AI tools and agents can be used in professional services. Experience with prompt engineering, automation tools, agent platforms, knowledge management, consulting workflows, or AI-enabled operations is a strong plus. The role can be carried out remotely, with the option to connect through our offices in Germany or Dubai.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client teams from day one. This is an entry-level role for strong undergraduate degree holders who want to work on real strategic challenges at the intersection of AI, leadership, and organizational transformation.

In this role, you will leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate desk research, data analysis, and content creation, allowing you to focus on interpretation, critical thinking, and insight generation. You will prepare client materials, support executive workshops, and develop clear, high-quality recommendations for senior audiences. You will work closely with Project Leads and the founders, contributing to projects on AI strategy, leadership upskilling, governance, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

You should bring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, excellent writing and presentation abilities, and a genuine interest in AI and business transformation. Prior internship experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or technology is a strong plus. This is a role for someone who wants early responsibility, direct client exposure, and a steep learning curve in a growing advisory firm with high standards.
